the frame headset a]and shock i would do for 500 but only because i would have to buy a replacement shock, also im like 6,3 so this bike might be a bit big

i dont know how much shipping is but it does have headset and ill only ship for the right price, the bike has nothing but superficial scratches so its structurally fine
